It depends on if the cause of the cold is bacterial or viral. If it's bacterial, antibiotics. If it's viral, then supportive care because antibiotics do not work on viruses. It also depends on the the symptoms the cat is displaying. As for the eye, it also depends on the cause. You need to take Kahel into a vet now to get treated, his eye looks really bad.

This answer is difficult because it depends on more than just a cold. If Kahel just has a virus then it takes time. If there is a secondary infection then antibiotics are needed but your veterinarian would have to prescribe them.
