My dog has a leg cut. Sitter wants to use super glue. What to do?

Hello. We are on vacation and our dog sitter noticed a cut on the rear of her leg, they are unsure of how it got there but it is not infected and she is acting normal. They wanted to try super glue but we are hesitant. Any other recommendations besides keeping it clean?

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Riley. Poor girl! No, do not use super glue. I see the cut in the picture, and I think that is may need stitches. I cannot accurately say how deep it is based on this picture, but it looks long enough to potentially need them. I would have your dog sitter take her into a vet now, do not have them treat this at home. Best of luck.
