My dog suddenly cries out in pain with no obvious injury. What's wrong?

Luna has been acting a bit weird. Last night I noticed twice out of no where she did sort of a loud whimper or yell like something hurt. But she’s walking normal and I checked her paws her legs her tummy her back her face apply little pressure through her whole body to see if anything would hurt but she doesn’t seem bothered anywhere. Today she did it twice again. I have no clue what hurts her what could I ask the vet if I take her in what to check or tests to run. It’s making me nervous. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 10 lbs

I understand this is making you nervous, I would be a bit worried as well. I'd recommend having a lameness exam done as well as a physical exam. The vet may want to do blood work, a urinalysis, and x-rays. I hope this helps.
