My dog had multiple miscarriages. When should I call the vet?

My dog was not suppose to give birth until 20-24 but then she had a miscarriage on August 8 and She had another miscarriage today which is August 10, she lost one baby on aug 8 and 2 babies on aug 10. What should I do with my dog?an answer would be much appreciated! : ). Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed

There isn't anything you can really do about this at home. You should have your dog examined by a vet. If she ends up with a fetus that does not come out she will get very sick with a uterine infection. That infection can cause death if left untreated.
