Poor Maomi! From what I can see in the photo, it does look like she has some redness and swelling of her ear canal, and some discharge down inside the ear. These are common signs of an ear infection, which is a common problem for dogs with heavy ears like Basset Hounds. She will need prescription ear drops from your veterinarian to get rid of the infection, so I would recommend taking her in for an exam tomorrow if you can. He/she can take a sample of the discharge for analysis to determine what kind of infection is present (yeast, bacteria, etc.) and will prescribe an appropriate medication to treat it depending on what is found. In the meantime, you can try cleaning her ear out with an over-the-counter ear flush for dogs such as MalAcetic or EpiOtic. This will not treat the underlying infection, but can help clean and dry the ear canal and may make her a bit more comfortable until you're able to see the vet.
