What is happening to my baby? She is losing all of her hair, has black spots and this around her vagina, shes not itching or scratching, hasn't had a heat in months but has no other symptoms. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 60 lbs
