My rat Wally is about 2 weeks old, just starting to open his eyes. Everything was okay until today and started to severely lose his balance, and everytime was tried to feed him to turned his head up. He's kinda convulsing too, randomly twitching. He has no balance. What's wrong, and what do I do??

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! While it is unclear what is going on this may be a metabolic imbalance such as decreased blood sugar or perhaps a gastrointestinal issue or infection. Regardless, this is considered an emergency and Wally should be evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to gather more information, perform and exam and decide what to do next. I am hoping for a speedy recovery!
