My new cat is skinny, nervous, not eating, and has weak teeth. What to do?

I just adopted cat 4 days ago but she is so skinny and she is not eating dry food she eats a bit wet food ..it is looks like she is nervous all the time...the place i took the cat from said she is not eating that much..her teeth is weak too. Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female
