My dog gains and loses weight, stomach changes. Should I worry?

My dog has had worms and Parvo I have been deworming her very two weeks , she eats quite a bit and drink bunches of water. She gains weight but she loses it in a few days a week maybe but it isn’t like her ribs are showing it’s just her stomach goes down should I be concerned. Hello. It does not sound like Luna has Parvo. Dogs with Parvo will not eat, vomit & have profuse & often bloody diarrhea. There are just too many other causes of weight loss in dogs that you are really better off working with your vet to try & narrow down the causes. Not all weight loss issues are due to worms, there are infectious, metabolic & endocrine problems that can all cause these symptoms.
