Hi..my Indian ringneck is bleeding little due to scratching by himself.. His nails are bit sharp to touch.. Should I cut his nails or won't there be any problem?

Thanks for reaching out about Muthu. Yes you can use small fingernail clippers to just take off the tips, or use a fingernail file/Emory board to dullen them. You might want to have Quick Stop of other nail coagulant available. Be aware there are other problems that can cause self-damage, and if suspected a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
