My dog rapidly losing weight, won't eat, can't stand. What to do?

My dog has lost alot of weight rapidly. She wont eat or drink. She wont get up an when she does try to stand she cant, she keeps wetting herself also, the vet said she has a virus but dosent no what, she has been on antibiotics for nearly a week now an nothing has changed, whats wrong with her an what should i do, please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | spayed | 7 years and 9 months old | 70.5 lbs
