Why is my dog vomiting after recovering from leptospirosis?

Hii. My melo was positive with leptospirosis even though he had completed his vaccines. Fortunately we were able to bring him to the vet right away given with antibiotic and other vitamins. He was recovering for this past few weeks he has been so playful again and gain some weight. Just this morning and evening he vomit what he ate . Im just a bit worried . Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 7 days old

The safest thing would be to contact your veterinarian who is familiar with the case so that they can recommend further. Have a great day!
