Thank you for submitting your question regarding Leila. Pepto Bismol contains an aspirin like compound that can be hard on a dog's gastrointestinal tract. It can cause irritation or ulcers in some cases. This could be the cause of her lethargy today. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian as soon as possible to have her evaluated. She could even be experiencing an unrelated coincidental issue such as neck and/or back pain as this is common in small breed dogs.
