Why is my dog suddenly lethargic and struggling to jump on furniture?

My three year old bulldog usually has a lot of energy but over the last week she has been lethargic and can’t seem to jump on and off couch and bed by herself anymore. She’s eating normally. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 35 lbs
