Why do my cat's red neck marks still feel bumpy even after healing?

My cat has red marks on his neck they look healed but I can still feel them. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered

Hello. Your pictures are very blurry, so it is impossible to see what the problem may be. But, if there was any kind of skin inflammation or reaction, it can take time for everything to heal. A little skin thickening or scarring may be possible, too, as this is all part of the healing process. If Treacle seems comfortable, is not scratching of bothered by the area, just give it a bit more time for the red marks to resolve.
