My cat has pink discharge and passed something. Is she miscarrying?

Is my cat having a miscarriage? My cat started excessively meowing, purring and licking her gentile area. I then noticed pink discharged coming from her. About two hours later this came out of her. She still is breathing hard and meowing, but is somewhat calmer. If this is a miscarriage, will there be more to come out? And what exactly is this that came out of her? It would be best to have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment.
