I have spent about $300 for two vet visits for my 5 month old puppy for the exams and shots. Is this the normal cost? Should I enroll her in the puppy plan the vet offer or get a pet insurance

This could be normal depending on where you live and the cost of living in your area. I strongly recommend pet insurance. This can greatly reduce your cost. You will have to pay the money up front but they will reimburse you. Be sure to sign up for an insurance that pays for a percentage of your bill for reimbursement. I hope this helps!
