My Golden Retriever vomits hair and food for days. What's wrong?

Hi. My Golden retriever aged 18months is been vomiting since 4-5days on eating biscuits, omelette, rice. He seems to be fine when he has royal canin, but is vomiting other foods which he was habituated till date. I'm uploading the picture of its vomit that seemed strange. Please let me know. He's very active though. He has a history of weight loss, low platelets few months back and a lot of hair fall. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | neutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 62.8 lbs

There is a lot of hair in that vomit. If Leo has been vomiting for several days and can't keep anything down, including his normal food, I would be concerned there is a problem such as a foreign body (hair stuck somewhere in the GI tract), or another underlying illness causing his issue. Since it has been happening several days, seeking veterinary care in person is best.
