My cat has worms, pale gums, and is tired. Is a vet visit urgent?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 3 months and 20 days old | 5 lbs

My cat has worms and will not eat the food with dewormer. She has slightly pale gums and is a little tired than usual. Would buying a different brand work or will we have to take her to the vet? If so, what would the prices be?

Yes, I would definitely take JuJu into the vet because her gums are pale, which can have some serious causes. An office visit is usually between $45-$55, and any medication and tests are extra on top.
