My mini schnauzer is shaking and favoring her leg. What's wrong?

I have a two year old mini schnauzer. For the last three nights she’s been kicking her right leg during her sleep but acting fine during the day . Today she started shaking all over, when we got her calmed down she drank water and ate a little bit of food but is favoring the hind leg and when she stands still she kind of stands on her toes. I don’t know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 14 lbs
