Some types of spinal trauma are temporary, while others are permanent. Only time will tell which is the case, but Goofy definitely needs to be evaluated by a vet. The biggest concern short-term is managing pain from the trauma and making sure that Goofy can urinate and defecate properly. If you do not see her urinate in 12 hours, this may be a medical emergency and she should be evaluated by a vet immediately.
