My cat's bleeding spot is worsening after two weeks. What is it?

My cat has had this for about 1-2 weeks now. I feel like its getting worse and starting to bleed a bit. Does anyone know whats going on? Otherwise he's eating and playing like he normally does. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 11 months and 22 days old | 12 lbs
