My dog has scabby, pussing, bleeding skin lumps. What should I do?

My dog keeps coming up with scabby lumps that keep pussing and then bleeding Just wondering if you know what it was and could help it

I would recommend having Tallulah examined by a vet. The wounds in the picture look like they may be infected. Her skin disease could be caused by a deep bacterial or fungal infection, autoimmune disease, allergies, parasites, etc. The vet may need to treat the infection first to be able to determine what is the cause at a later vet appointment.
