Question

I don't know what's wrong with my dog. She already took a deworm pills about a few days ago. She was energetic then but now her stomach gotten bigger. She was sleeping more and breathing weirdly. She also keeps laying down more often. Coco is 1month old when I got her and she was already infected with worms but she was her normal meaning she was like every other puppy curious and hyper. I think the breeder was responsible for letting it happen. The point is I need answers please. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 7 days old

Please understand that we can only give you so much information via the internet without examining Coco ourselves. I can tell you that based on the photos her abdominal distention looks very severe. I don't think this is related to parasites but it could be. I would be worried about ascites (or free fluid in the abdomen). You should get her to a vet as soon as you can for an exam and either an x-ray or ultrasound.
