Why is my cat weak, not eating, shaking, and sleeping constantly?

My cat is weak and he wont eat but will drink but i have to give him water through a bottle. and is shaking and all he does is sleep? Would like to know what is wrong with him. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs

You need to take Robin into a vet immediately, it's a medical emergency he won't eat. If cats go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. He could have a systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury causing his symptoms. Please take him into a vet now.
