Why is my cat's tummy firm and meowing after her heat shot?

So my cat has been meowing alot for the past month her tummy is very firm too it feels big.she is also demanding food alot but is eating her normal amount. She is not in heat and not pregnant either there have been no signs like i said its been a month. It started happening after she got her injection for stopping her from going into heat. I really dont understand what is happening to her i mean is she sick? Or just seeking attention? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed
