My dog is 2 years old this month I noticed that the back of his ears are red and hair is not that attached to his skin which means I can take the hair out easily even with pulling and it doesn't hurt also he has white dandruff he doesn't have allergies everything is the same with his lifestyle only this problem should I take off that hair and clean his ear with medical cleaners ? ( His ears 's hair in not well attached )

This is most likely ringworm infection but it could also be a bacterial or yeast infection of the skin. I suggest you consult with a local vet as I have no idea what medications you have available to you in your country.
