If a dog (daschund) vomits on the car ride home after receiving the oral Bordetella vaccine does he need to be vaccinated again?

No - this vaccine is absorbed through the mucosal tissue in the mouth, so it "works" as soon as it's given and comes into contact with her gums and the inside of her cheeks. Vomiting after the fact will not affect its efficacy at all.
