Why can't he turn his head to the left? He isn't playful and won't eat. What can I do to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 7 years and 7 months old

I would recommend you consider taking him to your veterinarian so they can check for this. They can then treat accordingly. In the meantime, try to rest him and avoid touching his neck.
