My cat somehow got a cornea ulcer so I treated it with antibiotics/ ointment. Hes doing good playing and eating but he’s squinting. The ulcer is healed but he still squints? Should I be concerned??? Its the left eye

Poor Keanu! If he is still squinting then it is likely still bothering him and not completely healed. I would let your vet know. Your vet will likely want to see him again and make sure there isn't a small ulcer left or an eyelash or other issue causing his discomfort. If left untreated, the eye could get worse really quickly. I hope this helps!
