My dog suddenly won't eat and is rubbing his face. Should I worry?

I took hoonie on the walk earlier just so he can go poop, though he didnt so we went home and i gave him some dinner but then he suddenly didnt eat it. I tried giving him different food but he still wont eat any. He just scratch and rub his face on our rug. Is there something wrong with him? Is it okay for him skipping a meal? This is the first time he did and i am worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 9 months and 17 days old
