My dog has a hard bump and a soft patch on his neck. What is it?

This bumps appeared on my dog. The one on his neck is a hard bump. The excess on the neck is like a soft patch. His collar is pretty loose and hes been in his bed from 1030am to around 6pm. I am not sure what to do as he seems totally fine otherwise. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 80 lbs

These bumps needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the bumps and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
