My dog's leg has a bleeding wound he keeps chewing. What should I do?

My dog had like a blood blister on the back of his front leg. It has been bleeding now for a couple days. As long as I keep it bandaged, it does not bleed. If he chews it off, it starts bleeding again. What should I do? Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Male | neutered | 75 lbs
