Why is my dog's belly suddenly big despite exercise and same diet?

My dog's stomach is pretty big in my opinion, about 6months ago it was way smaller and her diet is the same and she gets exercised alot, what could be the problem or has she just gained alot of weight? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 3 months old

It’s impossible to know without a physical exam but some reasons for an enlarged abdomen include weight gain, pregnancy, hypothyroidism and ascites. Some of these conditions are serious and require treatment. Since there is no obvious cause, I recommend to have Emma examined by her veterinarian.
