My puppy has a severe viral infection, weak and breathing heavily. Can she recover?

My puppy got sick 2 day's ago, She's having viral infection. Already we took her to near by hospital. Now we started to give her daily glucose and antibiotics but she's soo tired and breathing heavily ,she can't even sit properly now. She cry sometimes and doesn't close her eye lids even when sleeping. Is there anyway I can get her back. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 months old | 50.706 lbs
