My dog needs really bad dental care, last time we went to the vet he had gingivitis, his teeth were decaying and falling out. Could you tell me how much it would be to get his teeth fixed? He also has a heart murmur now. Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Male | unneutered | 16 lbs
