my 6-year-old Border collie poodle is experiencing uncontrolable bladder indoors when she lies down, she is drinking a lot more water then usual, has a lack of appetite, and is throwing up frequently.

Drinking a lot of water and urinating more is a problem. With the vomiting and lack of appetite on top of that it is even more of a problem. I would be extremely worried about this. I suggest you have Lillie to your vet for an exam and some blood/urine testing.
