Why are my Rottweiler's swollen gums not getting better with treatment?

My 2 year old Rottweiler is suffering from gum swelling Got 2 time treatment from local vet but their is no improvement at all. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | 1 year and 7 months old | 67 lbs

I am honestly not sure what you are worried about. I cannot tell much from these photos. I suggest you start brushing the teeth daily to help the gums be healthy. If you would like to post again with a good photo of the swelling we may be able to help you better.
