My dog and child have red spots after stray kittens. What to do?

I recently brought home 2 stray kittens. After about 2 weeks my dog and my child have red spots/sores. I am at a lost on what plan of action I need to take. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 50 lbs

While it is possible that they could have developed some sort of allergy, infection or medical condition from the cats I would say it also possible that there is another reason for this. I would recommend that you consider having Diesel evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and of course your child evaluated by the pediatrician. They can then determine if this is really something from the cats or separate conditions/issues and start therapy accordingly. Best of luck!
