My cat's neck has a red, flaky, bleeding spot. What could it be?

What is this? 2 days ago it was just a white speck, yesterday it was about this size but just a white spot with no hair, now its red and flaky, looks like blood on the bottom of it. Its on the base of my cats neck, on her back. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 30 days old

The photos aren't that clear but this looks like inflammation/infection of the skin. It could have been caused by pathogen or injury or the mine system. To know more and for treatment you will need to go to the vet for an examination.
