My dog is lethargic and not eating after moving. When to see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 26 lbs

we just moved across states and homes. she is very upset and lethargic and sleeps all day . not eating much or sometimes doesn't touch her food. it's been 5, days now .. otherwise she's fine drinking water and eats rice if I gave her .. just upset and depressed I think !! is there anyway out of this should I get a new Vet asap

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! While this can be due to the move, I am suspicious that this could also be something else as it has been a bit longer than expected. Loss of appetite and lethargy can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Ginger evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
