Why does my gosling shake its head and spill food when eating?

Hi I have a gosling that I found every time it eats it shakes it’s head and all it’s food comes out it is a Egyptian goose I don’t know how old it is cause I found it I live in South Africa please help. Pet's info: Bird | Domestic Fowl | Male | 29 days old
