My chihuahua's dog booties leave imprints. Are they safe to use?

I recently bought my small chihuahua disposable rubber dog shoes for an upcoming beach trip. I wanted to test them out, so i took him on a 30min walk and when i took the rubber booties off, they seemed to leave an imprint from the band. They are his size but are these booties safe to use? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 7 lbs

They need to be a bit snug or they won't stay up. Just monitor him closely when he's wearing them. I would not recommend leaving them on longer than 30 minutes at a time (take them off for 10-15 min and then you can put them back on).
