My dog has a tiny pink blood drop in her poop, but acts normal. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Female | spayed | 8 months and 28 days old | 47 lbs

Skye is about to be 9 months, up2dateonshots, she is a tripod,few weeks ago i noticed a little drop of pink blood in her stool, i called the vet & they said if it continued the next day to bring her in, it didn’t, she no longer had blood in her stool after, bt then today, when she went potty i noticed another pink drop of blood at the end of her movement. what could this be?it’s not a lot, just a tiny drop, & it happned once 4 weeks ago then never again till today? shes acting completely normal.

The drops of blood may be due to a little stress or inflammation in the colon. You can try a bland diet for 3-5 days to see if it helps. If not, have her seen by your vet. You should also submit a stool sample to your veterinarian to rule out intestinal parasites (worms).
