My puppy's spay stitches popped. What should I do until I see a vet?

I rescued a 3 month old puppy from the animal shelter. They fixed her Thursday, Saturday I noticed her stiches popped completely. What can I do until I get a hold of the clinic? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | 2 months and 15 days old | 20 lbs
