My cat is blind. Can he regain vision if his pupils react to light?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old

My cat is blind after sugary, the doctor said his vision may come back. His pupil is dilated but is starting to shirk when light hits his eye, is there a possible he might get his sight back?

Yes, it is possible but not likely. I have only seen this a few times and the cats I saw never regained their eyesight. I suggest you have him examined by a veterinary eye specialist. ( https://upstatevet.com/service/emergency-critical-care/ )
