Why is my healthy 7-month-old dog suddenly hiding and acting strange?

My dog has been acting strange for two days now. He keeps hiding under random stuff. He used to sleep with me but since 2 days he is sleeping under the table and if I go talk to him, he runs away and hides behind or under something else. He has never been scolded or anything. I took him to the veterinarian today for checkup, i was told he's all fine and healthy but he is acting really weird. He is a pitbull and he is so active all the time. He is 7 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 7 months and 17 days old | 79 lbs

Please check for anything that may be causing him to be different such as new tall objects in the house that may be causing to be scared. Best of luck!
