My dog's stomach is rumbling with loose stool. What should I do?

i think charlie had a slight upset stomach. yesterday i woke up at 6am with his stomach rumbling, at around 8am we went outside and he ate his food as normal and it stopped, but he didn’t poop at all. now he woke me up at 2am wanting to go outside (unusual unless he’s really needing to go) and his stool was a little loose but i don’t think it’s diarrhea. what should i do to help him? Poor Charlie! Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the loose stool continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Best of luck.
