My hamster has a strange mark on his skin. Should I be worried?

I went to take my hamster out his cage for a while and sat him on my chest as i was touching his fur i noticed this on his skin And i am not sure what it is and if i should be worried about it. Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male

That looks like a wound of some type. Maybe from another hamster or a toy or bar in the cage? There could also be a small mass or cyst that's open. Keep that area clean and have a vet check that out in case he needs antibiotics.
