My active rescue dog lost weight. Is she at a healthy weight now?

Hi, I have a lab/beagle. She's around a year/year and a half! we're not totally sure as she's a rescue. She was over weight before we got her, we've had her 3 months and over that time shes lost weight alot. We are feeding her redmills leader, she is getting two walks a day now and is very active. (she is super high energy) she eats twice a day she is very happy, her mood is the same, she isnt any different except for her visable weight loss.
